kaysera sells software to licensed Singapore real estate agencies. One market, one set of published regulations, and a document that has to be right every time it reaches a client.

The company
kaysera is a Singapore PropTech company. It builds the AI systems licensed real estate agencies run on: the client fact sheet, the guided workflows, and the finished document an agent hands over the same day. One vertical, four regulators whose rules it tracks, and a customer already live on it. The trade is depth in one market against breadth across many, and this is the market where the rules are published, dated and enforceable.

Where things stand
Stated plainly, because an early company pretending otherwise is easy to see through.
- Shipped
- A regulatory engine and fifteen public calculators for REDEMPTION, with a planning tool that produces the client report and the slide deck from the same computation. In production at redemption.sg.
- Being built
- The product on top of that engine: the client fact sheet, the guided workflows and the branded deliverable, generalised so any Singapore agency can run on it rather than one firm's way of working.
- Looking for
- Early agents. The ones whose pitch is the analysis rather than the listing, at firms where a wrong figure in front of a client is a real problem rather than an embarrassment.
