The reply you owe, and the viewing you agreed to.
WhatsApp assistants in the client group chats an agent already runs. They read the thread, flag a reply that is owed, and book the agreed viewing into the calendar. Nothing is live yet, so there is no screenshot on this page. What follows is the design.
§ 01
What it does
Two jobs, both taken from the list of what an agent and their team do by hand.
- Flags a reply owed
- A client asks a question in the group and nobody answers. Ash notices, and tells the agent which group, and that a reply is owed.
- Books the viewing
- When a viewing is agreed in the chat, Ash books it into the calendar. The agent stops arranging by hand what the conversation already settled.

The client group chats at the top are the ones the agent already runs. Project Ash reads each thread and produces two things: a flag on the agent's phone that a reply is owed, and a booking in the calendar when a viewing is agreed. Nothing is live yet, so this is a drawing of the design and not a screenshot.
§ 02
Why it exists
Scheduling is the second thing on the list of what runs by hand across an agency's teams, after the proposals.
- Dozens of groups, one person
- An agent runs a WhatsApp group per client. Every viewing and meeting across all of them is arranged by hand, and a question in a group that went quiet is a client who went cold.
- The bots that exist answer the door
- Singapore has a wave of S$20 to 150 a month WhatsApp assistants that answer an enquiry and book a viewing for a new lead. They front the pipeline. None sits in the client groups an agent already has, and none runs the week.
- Built for the agent, the team and the agency
- Ash will come with the plans once it ships, for one agent, a team, a division or the whole agency. It is built around how an agent already works: their groups, their calendar, their clients.

Where it stands
Next. Nothing is live, and this page will carry a screenshot when there is something to photograph. The drawing above is the design as it stands, and a design changes when it meets a real week.
